BOURNE TO PLAY
WOMEN’S RUGBY

Following the successful launch of Sittingbourne Rugby Club’s first women’s team during the 2022/23 season, the squad has continued to grow from strength to strength. Over the past few seasons, the team has welcomed players of all abilities, built a strong and supportive culture, and gained valuable experience through a range of friendly fixtures against local clubs during the 2025/26 season.
The 2026/27 season marks another exciting milestone as Sittingbourne Women enter the Inner Warrior League for the first time. While the team will be playing more competitive rugby, the focus remains on providing an inclusive environment where every player can develop their rugby skills, build confidence, and grow both individually and as part of a team.
Anyone interested in joining the team or finding out more is encouraged to get in touch with the Women’s Captain, Head Coach, or send a message via the club’s social media pages.
