Sittingbourne Rugby Club will be running four Senior Men’s teams for the 2023/24 season. Our teams all train together giving opportunities for players to experience different skill levels and increase competition for starting squad positions. All players are required to be registered with the club and subsequently the RFU, with competitive membership rates and financial support if required.

Sittingbourne’s 1st XV finished 2^nd in the Counties 3 Kent League last season, six points behind the table leaders and 16 points in front of third place and secured promotion to Counties 3.

Our 2nd XV will compete in the Kent Rural B league during 2023/24 after receiving promotion two seasons in a row.

Our Vets compete in the Kent Shield.

Sittingbourne’s Mighty Legion who play purely social rugby with three to four games a year – consisting of Vets and social members.

The Development Squad new to the 2023/24 season will play once a month with the view to developing new players to the game.

The Senior teams train as a collective every Tuesday and Thursday night at Sittingbourne Rugby Club from 7.00pm to 9.00pm.
