The Administration of the Club and its affairs is run by the Club Board of Directors (the Executive Committee), supported by a number of subsidiary committees.
The Board of Directors constitutes the Executive Committee and is responsible for all aspects of the administration of the affairs of the Club in accordance with the governing documents for Sittingbourne Rugby Union Football Club.
